Research Interests: My research interests incorporate nutritional interventions and dietary patterns that impact vascular health, metabolic conditions, and risk factors associated with cancer development, with a focus on understanding underlying mechanisms such as gut microbial diversity and stress reduction approaches. I am curently investigating how early life experiences, time-restricted eating, and Mediterranean dietary patterns can influence health outcomes across various populations.
