The University of Iowa Employee Assistance Program is offering a 4-part group supporting UI employees interested in exploring grief related to a death loss. This group will be closed, meaning no new participants will be added after the group starts. The group will include psychoeducation on grief and mourning and will allow participants to share and focus as much or as little on their own personal process as they are comfortable. The group will be hybrid, with the first and last sessions in-person at USB and the second and third session over zoom. Lunch will be provided for participants at the final session.
