Teaching with AI Agents: A Post Pilot Panel promotional image

Join us to learn about the Cogniti pilot that was carried out this fall. Cogniti is designed to let instructors build custom chatbot agents that can be given specific instructions and resources to assist student learning. Instructors will share their experiences from this semester, highlighting how they integrated AI chatbots into their ICON courses, the outcomes from these decisions, and if they recommend this platform to their colleagues.

  • 1 to 1:30 p.m.: Panel Discussion featuring pilot participants

  • 1:30 to 2 p.m.: Open Q&A and conversation time

  • Jeremy Dietmeier, digital innovation consultant, Office of Teaching, Learning, and Technology

  • Heather Dunn, associate professor (clinical), Nursing

  • Matthew Lira, assistant professor, Learning Sciences and Educational Psychology

  • Nai-Ching Chi, associate professor, Nursing

  • Sang Jung Kim, assistant professor, Journalism and Mass Communication
