This event will bring together a diverse panel of experts—including a sociotechnical research director, a professor from Boston University’s College of Public Health and Law, a medical sociologist, and more—to explore pressing issues surrounding reproductive health and data privacy. While these topics are often discussed in politically charged contexts, this symposium focuses on the legal, ethical, and practical dimensions that affect individuals regardless of ideology. From digital surveillance in criminal investigations to privacy concerns in consumer health technologies, these issues are of growing relevance to all.
The event is free and open to the public, but we kindly ask that attendees register by Monday, April 7 2025, at this link: https://forms.office.com/r/CJQSDzEnE0
Further details will be provided to registered attendees prior to the symposium.
Co-sponsored by the Innovation, Business & Law Center and featuring Distinguished Hawley Lecture Keynote Speaker, Liz Chiarello.
